2.6 Equitable access to cultural participation

Access to the arts means that people of all ages, races, ethnicities, and incomes have the opportunity to experience Boston’s rich and varied cultural life.  Access is defined here as the number of venues, or seats, available, the range of culturally responsive programs, price affordability, language accessibility, and physical accessibility.
